I have just noticed that out of 40,000 + “customers”, there are less than 20 reviews (see relevant chart). Strange. No?
Also got the kimono/paid full price-Definitely overpriced!!! Due to ill health at the time, moving into my Mountain Home-was excited to buy lovely apparel, colourful handmade Indian Kartha Quilt ( Green Pastures)-$396.70-NEVER RECEIVED-have just emailed Linen Connection??? They had asked for a review-At the time, not well enough. Still sending me emails to buy! Need this to be resolved or refunded ASAP
Unfortunately, when this item arrived I had an unsatisfactory order. Firstly scarf was missing from my order. Secondly, the items I received were too small for me to use. Additionally I was cross That the so-called sale was a continuous event and I didn’t need to pressure myself into buying before the sale “ended”. Months later, the sale continues. At the time I rang a number that I found and the line just rang out.
So I am down one scarf and I have two kimonos that don’t fit me despite me checking the size guide prior to buying. Due to chronic illness, I did not have the energy to follow this up. I do expect people who run a business to answer calls with hours. I simply didn’t have the time all the energy to get caught up in an email loop. I can’t take a photo, of something I don’t have. I am certainly not providing a photo of me in the kimono I tried on. I leave my house for approximately two hours a week. I don’t want to spend that time sending parcels back to what appears to me, to be an unreliable source.
I left two stars as the pattern on the fabrics were lovely.
