Great Colours and material But!

Unfortunately I have only just had time as we were away but one cushion cover was fine but the other the zip was apart at the ends and looked ‘melted’. I have been a customer many times but this is the first time I have been disappointed.

Stitched terribly

Beautiful material but put together terribly. The zippers are on the top instead of the bottom of the cushions which makes them look chunky and two of the zippers are already coming unstitched and are not sealed off properly on the end. The first one I did the zipper fell apart and I can’t use that cover. The other three are holding together for now but are very sketchy.

I feel like I am floating when I wear this linen.

A little disappointed with the quality… not exact to the photo .. the bird emblem is only partially on the print .

This product was nothing like the picture. The colours are terrible, the images are blurred. There isn’t even a complete bird on either side. Not happy

Never Arrived

I am terribly upset & disappointed. I was so looking forward to getting this beautiful cover and got a notice that it was being returned!!!!!!! just because I wasn’t home that day to SIGN FOR IT!!!! I was NOT TOLD that that would be necessary!!! Why??? Why wasn’t I told??? I then had to be in the hospital and supposedly Fed Ex had a deadline and had to SEND IT BACK TO YOU! What an awful experience!! I’ve lost money I desperately need and have nothing to show for it! Shame on you guys!!!

I bought it for my wife as a travel journal for our upcoming trip to Vietnam; she loves it and can't wait to use it, and I will update you on how it goes.

Very thin material but quite acceptable. Colour and pattern as shown on the website. It doesn't feel quite like a kimono as the sleeves are not very wide.

I would not deal with this company. They are not ethical

it's pretty, but not the colour in the photos at all. It's a darker and less vibrant kinda rose pink almost burgundy tones. I wouldn't have bought it knowing it's this colour, I wanted the brighter pink like in the pictures. sadly I bought two and won't use them in my room as they don't match

Disappointed

While the pattern is very nice, the material is thin. Most disappointing was that I ordered a medium and received a small/medium, which was much too small. The service was very prompt and they offered me an exchange but the return postage was not included and I have no idea what size to get, so I’m not sure if it is worth it. It is still sitting in its original package.
