I’m extremely disappointed. Not only did you send the wrong scarf (which I do not like at all), another scarf on the same order didn’t arrive. On contacting you, you did offer 15%discount off the wrong scarf and asked me to choose another scarf to replace the missing one. I accepted your offer because I was beginning to think it was a scam. I’m so disappointed as the scarves are not cheap and I now I have 2 expensive scarves that I don’t like.
I purchased two kaftans. The Holiday Florals was superior in quality and stitching. Love it. However, the Butterflies and Bloom was a smaller fit [ok, but meant more excessive material under the arms and did not feel as relaxed/spacious], washed once in cold water and the pattern is starting to fade, and the stitching around the tie is appalling and badly finished. It's such a shame that the two are so different in quality. Now reluctant to purchase anything else due to the 50/50 chance of not getting a good quality one...
No I did not receive my order 30 days ago
I placed the order 4/12/25 then received an email 2 weeks later saying my order could not be supplied and asking if I wanted to purchase something else, I said no and to refund my money. I did not get a refund but out of nowhere this item arrived on 29/12- I had explained this was a Xmas gift and I wanted my order cancelled as getting it after Xmas was of no use to me. This should never had been sent out once I said to cancel the order
Only one side with prints. I like the original ones I have.
I was sent the incorrect item, I was promised a 20% refund and did not receive it. I will not be ordering from your company again I am very unimpressed
I purchased 3 kimono’s and are very happy with them. They are so nice pop on after a shower or to laze around the house. The designs are bright and colour, makes me feel happy. One suggestion would be an internal tie to keep the kimono in place to ensure modesty and even some pockets would be amazing.
Gifted kimonos to friends this year and they all loved them, as I love mine.
Order took 6 weeks to be delivered due to running out of stock however promised new stock was coming in. New stock didn’t come in and after me enquiring and then asking for a refund I received order less cover I ordered but with a replacement that I didn’t confirm I wanted. Also got another cover as compensation however is so small I have no idea how I would use it. The quality is not worth the sale price, let alone the full value. It honestly feels I ordered from Shein or Temu which I am dead against fast fashion. Very disappointed, thought I was buying from a reputable business.
Vibrant colours, soft flowing fabric, generous size. I love wearing it any time of the day. It makes me feel feminine.

On the small side. Not one size fits all unless you want a snug fitting robe.
The floral print is lovely but the quality of the fabric was disappointing. I need to iron the pyjamas after washing as they get so crumpled. The are too short in the sleeve and legs and are quite a small tight fit even though I ordered a size larger than usual. I wasn’t happy with my purchase.

Sent a different item of poor quality and when I contacted them they said it was because they had run out of the one I ordered. Completely unethical and unprofessional. I’d never buy from them again and have warned everyone I know not to buy from this company.
I was very happy that the cotton felt fine and soft and the colour was true to the image advertised, delivery was prompt so I’m a very happy customer.
I had high hopes for this item but was disappointed when I got it. Looks like a cheap blanket, lining is thin and print looks average. Ive bought cotton kimonos before from this company that were amazing quality and thought this would be too. Not real impressed.
On top of that. Item was ordered Nov 29 and arrived after many emails on 30 December.
