They sent the wrong one

Waiting on my item for a birthday present for the 26th may , just emailed recently to see where it was , only then they told me it was mid printed with faults , to pick 3 more and they would send on , fingers crossed it’s get here before the 26th, very bad communication

I didn’t receive my order

Paid over a month ago and have been advised cushion not despatched as was faulty and would be getting new shipment. Still waiting for any sign of a delivery

My order arrived very quickly and I am very happy with my new kimono.

The Mexican Velvet Cotton Throw Frida Maroon Bird arrived well packed and undamaged. I am extremely pleased with the throw. The texture and quality are better than expected.

Ordered 15 April 2026. Label created via Australia Post. No product received. No response to two emails requesting progress of order.
No contact details or physical address available to follow up.

Not luxurious, velvet only on one side, not as soft as I was expecting.

I ordered 3 robes overall, but tried to contact company to change my selection once ordered. They never responded to any emails. Terrible communication. I got the 3 robes, but not ones I wanted. They are good quality.

I love my kimonos I have brought 5 in total.
I have 2 myself and have given 3 away as presents.
The kimonos make me feel really feminine, the fabric is very light weight and soft.

I was a little skeptical about these pjs as often when you buy online things are not quite the same. But I was pleasantly surprised these are lovely pjs and are true to size. They are very pretty and very comfortable.

Have previously purchased from this company and they always have kimono robes that are not available even when you use the Filter to check what is in stock. Had to chase up my order. You will get an item just be prepared to wait.

i ordered a scarf at the end of March and still have not received it, not happy
